Wheat-free and sugar-free bread worthy of a cuppa
A slice of bread as a mid-morning snack with a cup of tea, or a sneaky slice with a slather of cream cheese in the middle of the evening. This fantastic bread is wheat-free and sugar-free (sugar substitute).
The bread is made with my two hands, and a spoon or two. Instead of wheat flour, I use chickpea flour which is full of protein (>20%) and no gluten. If you stand on one leg, and squint at the ingredients you could almost think it was good for you.
I had my Food Standards Agency inspection this morning at received a Very Good Rating – level 5! Just a couple more tweaks to the web site and Cut Cook Eat Bread will be open for business.
