Today I opened up testing of the recipes for my new book Leftovers By Design. This is really hard because it has taken almost 9 months to get to this point so it feels like my new baby. I am hoping that the testers will be honest and brutal with me instead of just saying “what a lovely baby” and in the back of there minds thinking “what an ugly kid”.
