Baking Calendar

I am baking bread in batches following the calendar below. If you would like to book a slot then please email: drew@cutcookeat.com or speak to me in person if you live in the Galhampton area.

The loaves, (1kg/2lb) contain 16-20 (1/2 inch / 1 cm) slices, are £13 each. This payment is payable by BACS after collection. The loaves can be collected late in the afternoon on the baking day.

Storage: Store the bread in a air tight plastic container with a paper towel on the bottom and on the top and it will remain moist for 6-7 days. At three days remove the bottom paper towel and replace it with the top one. The bread can be frozen – see Freezer Trials for more information.
